Look carefully at pictures on the brochure to see how far you need to bend them.

Have you seen and tried a stairlift?

Will you be able to fold up the stairlift if necessary?
Sometimes the footrest is difficult to reach.

Will your future needs be met by the stairlift you buy?

Did the supplier measure you and the stairlift?

Does the salesperson’s company make the lift?

If not, are the spare parts easily available for repairs?

Is the repair department staffed 24 hours a day?

Can faults be diagnosed over the phone?
This may save the need for a callout.

Can the supplier provide a rental or monthly payment scheme?

Straight Stairlifts do not go right over the top landing. You might need a
swivel seat (fitted as standard on our models).

standards (all our models conform to safety standards)..
